We tested a brand new multiplayer mode on players at PAX, QuoVadis and A MAZE. Not only did this help us show the game to twice as many people as we could before, but having two players also changed the entire feel and pace of the gameplay, now the players have the option to collaborate or compete with each other carefully rushing through the musical puzzles.
It’s still an early prototype but people’s positive reactions to the drop-in drop-out aspect of it means that we will surely keep this feature and are already thinking about other ways of exploring multiplayer.
Fast and easy In/Out ghost multiplayer. First to reach the exit drags the other! #screenshotsaturday
Also… finally started our #devblog! We’ll try to do regular posts with cool features or just random stuff > https://t.co/E3VzCPSbGG
